Improver Swim Session
If you're not a strong swimmer and feel that you maybe out of your depth coming along to our swim sessions, then or novice sessions are for you. The only requirement we ask is that you can swim 4 lengths of a 25m pool front crawl. We have friendly, qualified coaches that will put you at ease and help you become a more efficient and confident swimmer.

Advanced Swim Session
Our advanced group focus on technique and fitness drills. Improving your swim style, making you smoother and faster!
Meet at Fresh Fitness reception 7:15pm
Wednesdays 6:15 - 8pm
Run / Brick Session
Through the winter months we train primarily on running, working on run fitness and endurance. All levels are welcome and our Run Leaders and Coaches are always on hand to help.
Through the summer months and lighter nights we also do Brick session training (Bike followed by a run)
