Coached Swim Training
1800 - 1900
Our coached sessions are aimed at all abilities with dedicated lanes for Tri Club members.
The only requirement is that you can swim 4 lengths of a 25m pool front crawl and unaided.
We have friendly, qualified coaches that will put you at ease and help you become a more efficient and confident swimmer.

You can come along and try us out with upto 3 trial sessions. You can ask questions and find out if Triathlon is for you.
Non - Coached Swim Training
Monday 1900 - 2000
Our non-coached sessions are great for those members who want to do their own thing but with the freedom of a dedicated lane for Tri club Members only.
Run Training
Saturday 10.30 - 11.30
Suitable for all abilities, our run training is designed to improved your running ability whether that be for distance of speed. Our qualified coaches and run leaders aim to provide a wide range of different sessions to develop you into the best triathlete you can be.
During the summer months sessions will also cover transition training and brick sessions.

Bike Training
Regular rides take place amongst members, these are normally advertised on our Facebook Page.
Members ride more often in the summer months with Turbo Trainers being used over the winter months.
